access your service through the new CUE Broadcast app we recommend
uninstalling the new app and install the previous version by using the
Downloader app. Detailed instructions can be found on the instructions page. If

CUE Broadcast offers versatile streaming options across a
range of devices. Here's a quick guide to compatible devices and the
recommended application versions for each:

TVs & Streaming Devices
Amazon
Fire TV & Firestick – Install the CUE Broadcast app from the
Amazon Appstore.
Other Smart TVs – (Samsung, LG, etc.) Access the app store on
your TV and download the CUE app.
Laptops
& Desktops
Windows
PCs & Laptops – Use the web player on your preferred
browser.
MacBooks & iMacs – Access the web player through Safari or
Chrome.
Android
Devices
Android
Phones & Tablets – Go to the Google Play Store and download the app.
Onn & Chromecast Streaming Devices – Install the CUE Broadcast app through the
device’s app store.
Apple
Devices
iPhones
& iPads – Access the Apple Appstore and download the CUE app.
Mac & iMac – Use the CUE Broadcast web player through
Safari or Chrome.
Please be aware that this version of the CUE app is only compatible with either a Firestick 4K Max or Firestick Lite.
From the Firestick home screen, in the search bar say or enter Downloader.
Open or install the Downloader app. (Note: Install the one from AFTVnews with the D icon. The app with the TV icon will not work.)
Once installed, open the Downloader app and if prompted select Allow.
In the Downloader search bar enter 315611 and click GO.
When the CUE app file is finished downloading a settings button will appear. Click on it and it will direct you to the My Fire TV section in the Firestick settings.(If you have already enabled the developer options please skip to step 9).
If the developer options aren’t visible, click About and with the Fire TV Stick highlighted press the center button seven times. This will enable the developer options.
Click the back button then select Developer Options, then select Install unknown apps and make sure that Downloader is turned ON.
Press the Home button and navigate back to the Downloader app.
When the Downloader app reopens, the Status screen should be visible, click Install. (Note: If the status screen isn’t showing select the Files tab and select the CUE install file).
Once the white screen appears, click Install in the bottom right corner.
When the app is done installing, click Open.
Click Add new source. Please disregard the Export and Restore options.
Select CUE-1 and click Next.
Disregard the server and only enter your username and password and click Next.
On the following screen the EPG will be preselected so click Next.
On the following screen you can select which categories you prefer or just leave it set as the default (The DVR feature is not active at this time so please disregard those options). When ready click Add.
On the next screen the source CUE-1 will be checked so click Done.
It may take a few minutes for the content to load, once the content is done loading click Close.
From the home screen, select the apps tab and in the search bar say or enter Downloader.
Install the Downloader app (Note: Install the one from AFTVnews with the D icon. The app with the TV icon will not work.)
Once installed, open the Downloader app and if prompted select Allow.

Click Install then click Open.

For existing customer that wish to upgrade either the CUE Pro or CUE Premium you will need to clear off all instances of the CUE app. This means that you will need to uninstall not only the CUE app but also the Downloader app.

Scroll down to find the CUE app(s) and press the play/pause button to uninstall and click confirm.
Do the same procedure to uninstall the Downloader app.
Press the Home button and in the search bar say or enter Downloader.
Reinstall the Downloader app.
Follow the instructions above to reinstall your preferred version of the CUE app.
